FAQ's
How long does it take to receive my order? Our typical turnaround time is 1–2 weeks. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Do you offer bulk discounts? Yes! We love group orders. For orders of 50+ plaster paint kits, we offer 20% off. Feel free to reach out to get started.
What if my paints dry out or I need more? We recommend painting your kit within one month of receiving it for best results. You’re always welcome to use your own paints as well. We suggest water-based acrylic paints for the most vibrant finish.
Do I need to bake my piece after painting? Nope! Our pieces are made from a plaster-based mixture, so there’s no need for kiln firing or baking. Just paint and enjoy your masterpiece.
Will the paint change color once it dries? No, what you see is what you get! The color you apply will remain the same once dry. We recommend using water-based acrylic paints for the best results.
Do you apply a glaze to the pieces? We don’t offer a finishing glaze, but you’re more than welcome to add one yourself. A thin coat of Mod Podge or a similar sealer works great if you’d like a finished look.
How long does it take to make your pieces? Each piece takes about 3–4 days from start to finish, including pouring, setting, and fully drying before it’s ready for its new home.
Where do you ship? We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Can I rush my order? Sometimes! Reach out to cozypandaeventco@gmail.com and we’ll see what’s possible. Rush orders typically ship within 3 days, while standard orders arrive within 1–2 weeks.
Where is Cozy Panda located? We’re based in Raleigh, NC, where all orders are packed and shipped with care.
Shipping & Delivery: While we do our best to ensure a smooth delivery experience, shipping timelines and carrier issues are unfortunately outside of our control. If your order arrives damaged, is delayed, or appears lost in transit, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to make things right.
